I was delighted with the beautiful and elegant decor of the hotel. Every corner had a touch of sophistication and charm. The grand lobby and common areas were tastefully decorated and created a welcoming atmosphere. Moreover, the hotel was easily accessible for seniors like me. The spacious hallways and elevators made it easy to move around without any obstacles or inconvenience.

The only thing I would have asked for to make the vacation even better for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive and helpful. A little extra assistance and consideration from the staff would have made a significant difference in enhancing the overall experience for us seniors.

The hotel is close to Castello di Otranto, which was great for us during our stay. We enjoyed our time at this place.

Early April is very much before the start of the season in Otranto, and we were the only guests in this 29 bedroom hotel at one point which was a bit strange but not a problem. Although only a skeletal staff on duty, they were extremely polite and friendly and keen to ensure that we were happy with everything during our 4-day stay. We had a superb room (triple) on the top floor with balcony overlooking the bay, which was absolutely spotless with plenty of useful storage space. We had no problems parking the car either on the road immediately outside the hotel or in their underground garage (extremely steep and tight access!). Breakfast wasn't as expansive as shown in the photos, but quite adequate especially as we were the only guests!

Our room was great, but not sure whether I would have been happy with any of the other rooms which didn't have the view over sea, and several would be subject to a lot of traffic noise at busier times of the year. We were the only guests to be using the underground capark so access and parking were easy for us, but I imagine this could be an absolute nightmare in peak season!

We were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness and cleanliness of our room. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom exceeded our expectations with its modern design. The location of the hotel was ideal, allowing us to explore the nearby attractions easily. The breakfast room was delightful, offering a variety of delicious options. The staff, particularly the breakfast hosts, were friendly and attentive. we had a great experience at this hotel.

Was in a very good location near the town center and easy access to the old city. Great views of the park, bay and old city walls from breakfast balcony. Bedroom was of a good size and comfortable. Had private balcony, where we hung clothes and bathing suits to dry. Provided free parking under the building.

Bathroom was a bit tight. Had to put feet on the shower door sill to use the toilet. Advertised WiFi didn't work after several attempts to log on with a twenty-digit password..

The location was excellent for walking through old town and restaurants. The rooms were small, although comfortably appointed in a delightfully spartan manner. The breakfast was above average with friendly staff. Staff spoke enough English to communicate our needs. The upper deck area provided an excellent panoramic view to enjoy sunset and drink a bottle of wine and view the Adriatic prior to going out to dinner. There is an excellent restaurant around the corner.

Although the hotel advertised free parking, their lot only provided room for 5 vehicles. We requested a reserved spot when booking, but spot was unavailable upon registering. Parking can be an issue. Being directly down town in busy area, you need to be prepared for street noise until late evening.

This hotel is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the friendly and helpful staff. The location couldn't be better - just a stone's throw away from the stunning seafront promenade. We were lucky enough to have a room with a balcony and the views were simply breathtaking. The room itself was clean, spacious, and had all the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. And let's not forget about the breakfast! With a fantastic view of the bay, enjoying a delicious breakfast spread every morning was the perfect way to start our day.

All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

Really liked the location, the breakfast and views from the breakfast room, and the professionalism and helpfulness of the woman who seemed to be in charge. Seemed safe. Like availability of racks to dry clothes. Like the lobby.

Excellent breakfast room and location for exploring castle and dinners. Morning desk clerk and older lady in lobby were kind and accommodating. Spacious rooms, diverse breakfast options, and sea view terrace. Convenient parking options nearby.

I had a room on the top floor with a large balcony which would have been very nice in good weather. There was a garage with free parking underneath the hotel and the hotel was well positioned with a short walk from the town gate and the best restaurant in town - Il Peccato di Vino. My table for breakfast had a good view of the harbour.

The location was absolutely perfect, just a few meters from the beach and yet it felt quiet and secluded. I loved being able to easily access the nearby beaches, shopping areas, and restaurants. The hotel itself was quite modern and offered good service. My room was spacious, clean, and had a wonderful view of the sea. The highlight of my mornings was enjoying breakfast on the balcony, with great views of the bay. I also appreciated the attention to detail, with basic amenities provided and a staff that was always ready to assist.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was excellent and I couldn't fault anything.
